I . 5 yrs of pvt equity or investment banking exp (corporate finance or M&A) at a top tier pvt equity firm or investment bank in India. Exp in real estate transactions will be an advantage Exp in all aspects of deal sourcing and execution such as developing financial models, preparing investment memorandums, conducting due diligence and working with the senior management, accountants, lawyers and other parties involved in pvt equity transactions Should have an established network of contacts in India to help source investment opportunities for the firm. Strong academic background in accounting & finance required, with an MBA from a top tier institution. II . 2-3 yrs of pvt equity or investment banking exp (corporate finance or M&A) at a top tier pvt equity firm or investment bank in India. Exp in financial analysis, modeling and preparing investment memorandums for deals. CA and/or MBA from a top tier institution with a strong academic background in accounting & finance.
